From customs clearance to customer service, one point of contact
Shipping, customs, warehousing, retail channels, e-commerce fulfilment and after-sales support — the whole chain sits inside the group, so you deal with one team instead of six vendors.
Six steps, all inside the group
A brand entering Taiwan normally has to find a forwarder, a customs broker, a warehouse, a distributor, a fulfilment provider and a customer service team — and then keep them all in sync. We do all six, so you deal with one point of contact.
- Inbound shippingCosmo Air Freight Sea or air freight planned around urgency, volume and destination, with booking, documentation and tracking.
- Import clearanceCosmo Air Freight Preparing and checking clearance documents and completing import formalities.
- Receiving and storageCosmo Warehouse Inspection, registration, put-away, location management, stock control and counting at the Cosmo Logistics Centre.
- Channel placementCosmo Distributor Choosing the right physical and online channels, then listing, distributing, selling and maintaining them.
- Order fulfilmentCosmo Warehouse Online orders arrive automatically; we pick, verify, pack, ship and report back.
- Customer serviceCosmo Distributor A Chinese-language service desk for consumer enquiries, returns and exchanges.
You do not have to take all six. Brands that already have a Taiwanese distributor often use us only for warehousing and fulfilment, or only for shipping and customs.
Five specialist teams, one continuous service
The five companies in Cosmo Group each do one thing well and work together on the rest, covering international shipping, import and export, retail distribution, warehousing and retail. From the moment a product arrives to the moment a customer receives it, every step is supported by the same group — which is why answers come back quickly and problems get solved instead of passed on.
One point of contact
No separate customs broker, warehouse, distributor and outsourced service desk to keep in sync. All six stages answer to the same group.
Take only what you need
Brands that already have a Taiwanese distributor often use us only for warehousing and fulfilment, or only for shipping and customs.
The details you only learn by doing it
Localising overseas product information, meeting each marketplace's listing rules, handling the stock behaviour of magazines and collectables — all of it comes from actually running the work.
What this looks like in practice
Surugaya Taiwan
Cosmo Distributor and Suruga-ya of Japan formed Surugaya Taiwan in 2024, combining Suruga-ya's product range with the group's importing, warehousing, distribution and logistics capability in Taiwan.
GROWP Inc., Japan
GROWP's sportswear brand BeHe sells in Taiwan without a local office. We handle importing, import inspection, warehousing, third-party logistics, e-commerce operations and the customer service desk.
Sino United Publishing, Hong Kong
We consolidate and prepare orders in Taiwan for three Hong Kong bookstore chains, then ship directly to their stores by sea — so they need neither a warehouse in Taiwan nor separate freight contracts.
Popular Bookstore, Malaysia
Orders purchased in Taiwan are consolidated, checked and packed at our facility, then shipped by sea directly to Port Klang, Kuala Lumpur.
