Cosmo International Holding Co., Ltd was established as the offshore entity through which Cosmo Group coordinates its international trade, cross-border logistics, overseas partnerships and investments.
As the group's business grew to cover freight forwarding, import and export, brand agency, channel distribution, publication distribution, journal subscription, warehouse management, e-commerce fulfilment and retail, overseas sourcing and cross-border shipping became a larger part of daily operations. The holding company makes that coordination simpler, and connects the group's Taiwanese operations with markets abroad.

Founded in 1997. Imports, represents and distributes overseas products in Taiwan — Korean fashion magazines, publications from Thailand, Vietnam and Indonesia, idol merchandise, designer stationery and other lifestyle goods.
Founded in 2001. Exports Taiwanese newspapers, magazines, academic journals and government publications to China, Hong Kong, Macau, Japan, Korea, Malaysia and Southeast Asia, and handles journal procurement tenders for government bodies and university libraries.
Founded in 2014. Provides warehouse management and e-commerce fulfilment. Customer storefronts connect directly to our system, so orders arrive at the Cosmo Logistics Centre automatically and are picked, checked, packed and shipped by our team.
A 2024 joint venture between Cosmo Distributor and Suruga-ya of Japan, selling anime, games, models, figures, trading cards and related merchandise. It combines Suruga-ya's product range with the group's importing, warehousing, distribution and logistics capability in Taiwan.
